| And there will be lots of days of clear underwater viewing of the fishy's |
The
decision to move to another far a way part of the country effects more than
just the two of us.. Telling friends and family about your new dream is mixed. On the one hand you are so excited that you
have a new goal and destination with in reach,, and yet,, these incredible
friends and family will be missed in our daily doings,, most especially in their daily
doings. We will have new pictures to
look at as they will be left with a void in having us in their familiar
pictures of daily life. I suppose over
time we might find out if it is better to have a long range goal or a short
term change of plans,, which is harder to deal with I wonder. I will treasure my time with these friends and loved ones now and make the most of the trips, gatherings and games we get to play over
the next few years as we also ready ourselves for the next adventure enjoying the journey from every aspect.
I
did find out that if you move close to the ocean,, friends will come. That has been a wonderful part of living here
at the coast. We became a destination
point for friends and family and have actually seen more of them than if we had
stayed stagnant where we were. Who can
resist vacationing in Hawaii
after all.
Yesterday
brought discussion about our next trip to Maui
in the fall of 2012. We will go there
one time a year until we move. Making
vacation plans is always a fun way to spend time.
And
another box got packed with books—prices also.
